The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in dental remote monitoring has transformed the paradigm of oral healthcare, offering unprecedented opportunities for early diagnosis, personalized treatment, and enhanced patient outcomes. Despite its potential, dental remote monitoring faces significant challenges, including data variability, diagnostic accuracy, and regulatory compliance. This study aims to investigate the applications, challenges, and future directions of AI-powered dental remote monitoring. Leveraging a comprehensive review of existing literature and expert insights, this research identifies key areas of innovation, including AI-driven diagnostic algorithms, tele-dentistry platforms, and patient engagement strategies.
